In the development of our cars we always strive for perfection so that from the very first day you are completely in your delighted about your new car. Is there a problem? Then our European standard warranty covers as good as all defects.
What is included?
Here you will find an overview of our guarantees. With each guaranteed we repair-completely free-all defects on the car covered by the guarantee conditions in your maintenance contract.
Standard Warranty
We do not expect anything to go away. But if that does happen, then we free replace or repair any defect to your car within the first 3 years or 100,000 km, whichever occurs first.
M.B.T. Warranty Rust on Bodywork
We love a perfectly shiny car. Therefore, we guarantee that no visible rust formation is created on the lacquered surfaces within the first 3 years, regardless of the number of kilometres travelled.
M.B.T. Warranty Exhaust system
The exhaust of your car must not be defective within the first 5 years and is free from visible perforations caused by rust formation. Included are the manifold, the piping, the dampers and the catalyst but not the heat shield around the catalyst.
M.B.T. Warranty Rust on construction
Your car may not show any rust formation from the inside to the outside of the bodywork panels for a period of 12 years, irrespective of the number of kilometres travelled.
M.B.T. Warranty Rust on chassis
You are covered for functional disturbances caused by perforations by rusting on specific parts for a period of 12 years, regardless of the number of kilometres travelled.
IMA-Warranty
The Integrated engine Assist system (IMA) may not show any production or material defects on specific parts for a period of:
- 8 years or 160,000 km (whichever comes first) for ' 03 year model up to ' 10 years model.
- 5 years or 100,000 km (whichever comes first) from ' 11 years of model.
